That experience has now been improved further, offering more granular control and management capabilities to admins. This should let them bring automation capabilities to more users and therefore increase productivity. They’ll also be able to see which Flows are most used and how via the admin center. In addition, Microsoft has been working on better integrations Flow in its apps. Users can now trigger a flow from within Microsoft Teams chat.
PowerApps Improvements
However, Microsoft has also focused on integrations for PowerApps. The latest update lets users embed Power BI tiles directly and embed the apps as rich forms in SharePoint Online. More exciting, however, is the announcement of upcoming support for packaging. Next week, users will be able to use the functionality to deploy solutions easily across environments and tenants. Finally, the software giant is now letting independent software vendors build connectors for both apps. This will let their apps work with the two solutions, and also let them automate their business processes. On top of this, Microsoft announced that over 200 certified partners are working to build solutions with PowerApps, Flow, and Common Data Service. They include companys like AIS, Confluent and more. Also invested in the Flow and PowerApps ecosystem are huge multi-national companies like DriveTime, G&J Pepsi Bottlers, MetroBank and ProRail, who are utlizing the services to increase productivity.
