This time, Microsoft is updating To-Do on Windows 10, bumping the application to v1.52.2641.0. While not packed with new features, there are some interesting additions included. For example, To-Do now supports Enhanced Search on Windows 10, allowing users to see specific file activity in searches. Elsewhere, Microsoft has improved attachments in the app, making the process easier. As usual, Microsoft has provided a full changelog for this update:

Enhanced Search– Looking for a file but have you forgotten which activity you’ve attached it to? Now we also give the results for the files in the search. Improved Attachments– We’ve made it even easier to attach a file, now you can copy files and screenshots from the clipboard and paste them into an activity. We have greatly improved accessibility– Improved text wrapping in some menus when using a very large text size, corrected hyperlink colors in high contrast mode, improved reading of the voice assistant’s dates. We will give you a clearer confirmation when you copy the session ID. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

The new update is currently limited to Windows Insider Program members for testing. Microsoft will roll out to all users in the coming weeks. If you have not tried To-Do on Windows 10, the app is available from the Microsoft Store here.

Recent Updates

During 2019, Microsoft has continued to roll out features to To-Do. In January, the company brought Live Tile support on Windows 10, Snooze options to Android, and file attachments across platforms. The latter feature allows users to attach files of any size, provided they are 25MB or less.
